All Zigga products are covered by comprehensive guarantees over
the materials and workmanship used to create our products. The period
of our guarantee vary between 3 to 5 years, depending upon the particular
product or model purchased. The full details of each guarantee and
registration cards should be enclosed with the packaging of your
original purchase. If however, you have lost or misplaced these
details and wish to register your product with us, please write
to the address below including the full details of the product,
your name, contact details and a copy of the purchase receipt.
In general, Zigga guarantee its products from date of purchase,
against defects in materials and workmanship. This guarantee does
not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other
type of damage resulting from the use of the product.
Zigga shall at its discretion replace or repair all defective products,
however where such goods include a number of accessories, only the
defective product or accessory shall be replaced.
If at the time of replacement any Zigga product has been discontinued,
Zigga reserves the right to replace it with a comparable model.
All goods returned for repair or replacement must including proof
of purchase date.
Zigga shall not repair or replace any product for reasons of theft,
loss, intentional breakage, modification or customisation. Nor shall
it redeem any item under the terms of this guarantee that have been
subject to misuse, negligent handling or for reasonable wear and
tear.
In order to have a product serviced by us, please contact either
your local dealer or send the product directly to Zigga at the address
below. If you choose to send a product directly to us, please ensure
you package the entire product, freight prepaid, and insured for
its full value. Be sure to include all broken parts or pieces.
To ensure prompt return of your goods clearly state your Name, contact
phone # (or e-mail if you prefer), return mailing address and a
brief explanation on the nature of the problem.
